Design Thinking workshop
I designed and co-facilitated a one-day design thinking workshop aimed at enhancing our digital team's understanding and application of essential service design tools. Alongside another service designer, we guided the team through a series of interactive sessions, focusing on user journey mapping, storyboarding, rapid ideation, and structured iteration.
